Digital Banking Specialist I - Operations Center

DIVISION: Operations – Digital Bank
FLSA STATUS:  Non-Exempt
REPORTS TO:  Digital Banking Manager
SUPERVISES: No supervisory responsibility 

LOCATION: Operations Center - 2008 Ronald Reagan Hwy. Covington, La.

Job Summary:

Perform customer support, troubleshooting, setup, and configuration for all Consumer Digital Banking operations, as well promoting the Digital Bank platform.

Job Duties:

  • Perform all functions relating to Digital (Internet) Banking and mobile banking, including setting up new Digital Banking customers, resetting passwords, and troubleshooting.

  • Professionally answer telephone calls and respond to Digital Banking Support Messages and emails to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Digital Banking products quickly and efficiently utilizing Digital Banking back office systems and Core Banking system

  • Redirect non-Retail Digital Banking Messages to applicable Departments.

  • Perform all Bill Payment functions for Consumer and Business iPay Bill Pay

  • Perform all People Pay (Acculynk) functions for Consumer and Business Digital Banking

  • Maintain failed eStatement process and notification system; run eStatement Delivery Process from Q2 Central back office system and Foxtrot

  • Assist with various Digital Corporate Banking customers

  • Process change of address requests from Q2 Central back office system

  • Stay up to date on various Regulations and processes regarding Digital Banking

  • Review and work various Digital Banking, Bill Pay and Acculynk reports
    Special projects

Education/Training/Experience necessary to perform successfully:  

  • 2 year Associates Degree or Specialized Bank CE Equivalent

  • 2 years experience in Digital (Electronic) Banking products

  • Proficient on computer and mobile phone (Internet, smartphone apps, Bank applications)

  • Excellent customer service skills
